Abstract : 本文描述和分析了近代上海闽商整体退却的总趋势,探讨了上海闽商整体退却的原因和方向。认为,上海闽商的整体退却与它具有流动性的经营方式有着极大关联;更与鸦片战争后福建人口大规模向世界各地尤其向东南亚迁移直接关联。这些都使上海闽商表现出与上海其它商帮不同的近代化轨迹。 This paper describes and analyzed the retreat of Fujian Businessmen from Modern Shanghai and discussed the reason and direction of the retreat.It thinks that the retreat has much to do with the management mode,and directly related to the migration of Fujian population after the Opium War.Compared with businessmen from other provinces,Fujian Businessmen in Shanghai showed a different course of development.
