Abstract : 世界红卍字会和道院(两者是二位一体的)在1922 年传入上海以后,发展很快。到了国民政府时期,上海的院会发展成为整个东南地区院会的领导核心。在国民政府时期,一方面道院的宗教身份得不到承认,所以它的宗教活动是在避开政府视线之下进行的;另一方面,上海的世界红卍字会积极参加公共慈善救济工作,在公共空间里与政府展开了广泛的合作。同时,院会与政府的冲突也不可避免,但合作成为两者关系的主流。随着国民政府权力的加强,它对世界红卍字会的控制也在进一步的加深。在这种国家权力不断侵蚀公共空间的情况下,公共空间处于瓦解与崩溃之中。 After the World Red Swastika Society and Daoyuan( they are two names of oneorganization)are preached in Shanghai in 1922, it developed immediately and became leadershipof the World Red Swastika of south-east China. During National Government age, thereligionary identity of Daoyuan was not acknowledged by the national government, so itsreligionary activities was secret; For the other hand , the World Red Swastika Society took partin the public beneficence positively and cooperated broad with the government of Shanghai inthe public space. At the same time, the conflict between them was inevitable too, but thecooperation was mainstream. Along with the power of the national government was strengthened,the government of Shanghai controlled the World Red Swastika more strictly.
