Abstract : Shanghai had become the foreign trade center of China soon after it opened as the treaty port. By the transit trade with other internal ports for foreign trade, Shanghai influenced more than half of China. This article illustrates the important of the transit trade of Shanghai and the transit net with internal treaty ports in different regions for. Through the discussing we can see how widely Shanghai influenced China as foreign trade center.
