Information data : University of Bristol - Historical Photographs of China reference number: sw22-124. Khaki cloth Kodak Negative Album, 12 cm x 16 cm. 149 negatives (sized 3.25 inches x 5.5 inches, 92mm x 147mm). The album was later labelled P1/X on the back cover. The man standing at the back is very probably Sir Miles Lampson, British Minister to China. See ph04-045 (which is a photo of Warren Swire with his camera, on the same occasion as the above. Ph04-045 is a photograph by Ann Phipps, neice of Sir Miles Lampson).
