Information data : The Grosvenor House was built in 1931 by the Cathay Land Company. The company, who built up in 1928 the Cathay Mansion, decided to build an even more luxurious building in an adjoining open space affording room for a large garden for the residents. The Grosvenor House is nowadays part of the Jingjiang Hotel.
